Share the cat's age, breed, short or long coat and approximate weight instead of asking the team to estimate only from appearance.
Photos
Full-body and coat photos
Include front, side, undercoat, visible underside, matting or soiled areas. Do not pull apart mats just to photograph them.
History
Previous grooming reactions
Explain previous reactions to water, dryers, brushing, nail handling, strangers and unfamiliar environments.
