Compare The Same Weight Band
Dog bath, clipper or scissor: compare the same service.
A starting price is the lowest listed band, not a quote for every dog. After checking your dog's weight, compare Bath & Basic, Bath + Clipper and Bath + Scissor within that same band. If the weight is close to a band boundary, confirm the applicable band before booking.
| Service | Listed price |
|---|---|
| Bath & Basic | HK$388 |
| Bath + Clipper | HK$568 |
| Bath + Scissor | HK$688 |
These are Furrari's published prices for one weight band, not a Hong Kong market average or a confirmed quote for an individual dog. Coat condition, selected breed, the requested finish and grooming response still need to be checked. See the complete official dog price table (Chinese with English labels) for all weight bands.
Send a recent full-body photo and explain the length or shape you would like to retain. The dog grooming service page explains the service options and first-visit information.
Cat Bath And Cut
Cat grooming prices: coat length first, then Bath or Cut.
For a bathing enquiry, compare the Bath column. Cut includes Bath and trimming; if a cut is requested, explain the desired length. Confirm any other care items or add-ons when checking the quote.
| Coat | Bath | Cut (Bath included) |
|---|---|---|
| Short hair | From HK$628 | From HK$880 |
| Long hair | From HK$728 | From HK$980 |
Share photos of knots, compacted coat and sensitive areas, plus the cat's previous reaction to grooming. Matting and tolerance can affect the final arrangement. See short- and long-hair cat grooming in Sai Ying Pun for the booking checklist.
Check Additional Items
What should you check beyond the starting price?
- Selected breeds: the official price list specifies an additional HK$300 for breeds such as Bernese, Samoyed, Chow Chow, Alaskan and Standard Poodle. Send the breed and confirm whether this applies.
- Royal SPA: HK$238 per visit is an add-on. Check whether it has already been included in the quote.
- Coat and grooming response: heavy shedding, matting and handling requirements need individual confirmation. This guide does not assign a fixed extra charge to them.
- Day care: hourly day care starts from HK$45. If needed before or after grooming, confirm the time, availability and separate charge.
What Changes The Quote?
What changes dog grooming prices and cost?
A single “pet grooming price” cannot represent every coat or service. These factors explain the practical difference.
Pet type and weight
Dog price bands start with weight. Cat prices differ by short or long hair and by bath or cut.
Coat volume and condition
Dense undercoat, shedding and compacted coat require more brushing, drying and working time.
Matting
Knots can limit the styles that are safely achievable and may require a different plan.
Clipper or scissor finish
Detailed scissor shaping generally needs more time than a practical clipper finish.
Handling time
Pauses or a reduced service scope may be discussed when a pet is highly stressed.
Optional care
SPA, nano microbubble, tooth brushing arrangements and day care should be confirmed separately.

Transparent Answer
Starting price versus confirmed price.
A starting price helps you compare service categories. A confirmed price requires your pet’s real coat and service details. Furrari is at G/F, 16 High Street, Sai Ying Pun; send the information above to WhatsApp 9316 3213 for a pre-booking check.
Before Confirming
Five details to check in a grooming quote.
- Which dog weight band or cat coat category applies?
- Which service is being quoted, and which steps are included?
- Is the amount a starting price, a listed price or a quote confirmed from the details you supplied?
- Are selected-breed charges, SPA, day care or extra coat work listed separately?
- How will the service and charge be discussed if the coat condition or grooming response is different on arrival?
